Cancellation Policy
Bella Reyna Spa has reserved the time for you and has declined other business requests for that specific time, therefore the following policy has been put in place.
Cancellation Policy:
*Less then 24hr cancellation notice, day prior: There will be 50% charge of the total service price to your credit card or deduct from gift certificates/prepaid service.
*Same day rescheduling or cancellation: There will be 100% charge of the total service price to your credit card or deduct from gift certificates/prepaid service.
